My first blog on Agile. Over the years to come if I can make a career as a Agile practitioner I will be a happy man.
More I look at the condition of Software industry more I feel sorry about it. Well, to be fair it is an evolving industry and more importantly who am I to crib about, I have no contribution to make it better.
So where should I start from:
In my current organization we are "AGILE", now that's a very heavy word, with very little significance if being agile is moving post its from one swim lane to another. Agility is not in the tools it is in the people work together and call themselves TEAM.
Running out of some thoughts here so I will stop but I will come back and add my experience here.
